We’re looking for an experienced UAT Lead Analyst to take ownership of user acceptance testing and drive quality across our delivery pipeline. In this role, you will support the UAT QA team within the Implementation side of Technology Operations, owning end-to-end UAT and QA responsibilities.
You will play a key role in building and improving test cases and automation, while evaluating, analysing, and executing quality assurance activities. Working closely with cross-functional teams across the US, Spain, and Poland, you will ensure high-quality delivery that meets client needs across multiple products.

- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience leading or mentoring teams.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (C#, Java, or Python).
- Hands-on experience with testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Postman, Selenium, Playwright).
- Familiarity with XML, JSON, REST APIs, and HTTP methods.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
- Experience with Jira for task tracking and management.
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated team player, able to work with distributed teams and meet tight deadlines.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week in our Kraków office.

- Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively.
- Oversee UAT and regression testing, including test case design and execution.
- Validate builds, fixes, and new features; provide release sign-off.
- Contribute to backend test automation and API testing.
- Evaluate system functionality, usability, and overall quality.
- Promote continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma principles.
