We’re looking for an experienced UAT Lead Analyst to take ownership of user acceptance testing and drive quality across our delivery pipeline. In this role, you will support the UAT QA team within the Implementation side of Technology Operations, owning end-to-end UAT and QA responsibilities.

You will play a key role in building and improving test cases and automation, while evaluating, analysing, and executing quality assurance activities. Working closely with cross-functional teams across the US, Spain, and Poland, you will ensure high-quality delivery that meets client needs across multiple products.

• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (C#, Java, or Python).
• Hands-on experience with testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Postman, Selenium, Playwright).
• Familiarity with XML, JSON, REST APIs, and HTTP methods.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
