As a Junior Compliance Analyst you will support daily continuous control monitoring activities by performing routine quality reviews of financial processes. Working month by month, the role ensures that completed cases meet internal control standards. You will also support the Oversight & Monitoring Manager by preparing quarterly data summaries on reviewed case volumes for reporting.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Compliance Analyst to provide maternity cover for our compliance team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing information.
- Strong organizational and workload‑management skills to handle daily, recurring tasks.
- Ability to follow defined procedures consistently and escalate issues when needed.
- Basic understanding of compliance or financial processes is beneficial but not required.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets or simple tracking tools.
- Clear communication skills for documenting observations and preparing data summaries.
This a hybrid model role, including at least two days per week in the Kraków office.

- Perform daily quality reviews of financial transactions to verify compliance with established control procedures.
- Work through processes month by month, ensuring all required cases are reviewed within set timelines.
- Identify inconsistencies, missing information, or deviations from policy and record them accurately.
- Maintain structured logs of completed reviews and outcomes to support process transparency.
- Assist the Oversight & Monitoring Manager in preparing quarterly data on case completion volumes and monitoring results.
- Help ensure data used in management and compliance reporting is accurate and up to date.
- Support refinement of monitoring workflows and documentation as needed.
