Position Summary...

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior, Tech Ops professional to lead our efforts in enhancing enterprise data literacy and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology operations, data management, and a passion for promoting data literacy and culture within a large enterprise.

What you'll do...

  • Develop and implement learning experiences to enhance data literacy across the organization, ensuring all employees have the skills and knowledge to effectively use data in their roles.

  • Lead initiatives to foster a data-driven culture, promoting the importance of data in decision-making processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data literacy needs and create tailored training programs and resources.

  • Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and other educational materials to improve data literacy and awareness.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on data literacy and culture, providing guidance and support to teams and individuals.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data literacy programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Advocate for best practices in data management, governance, and security; and stay current with industry trends and advancements in data literacy and technology operations, incorporating relevant insights into the organization’s practices.

  • Support the development and implementation of data policies and standards to ensure data quality and integrity.

  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure the availability and accessibility of data tools and resources

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology operations, data management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate), video editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro), and web content management (e.g. AEM)

  • Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data security.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Passion for promoting data literacy and fostering a data-driven culture.

  • Experience with data visualization tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in data management and literacy.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
