We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior, Tech Ops professional to lead our efforts in enhancing enterprise data literacy and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization. Develop and implement learning experiences to enhance data literacy across the organization, ensuring all employees have the skills and knowledge to effectively use data in their roles.
Lead initiatives to foster a data-driven culture, promoting the importance of data in decision-making processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data literacy needs and create tailored training programs and resources.
Design and deliver workshops, training sessions, and other educational materials to improve data literacy and awareness.
Act as a subject matter expert on data literacy and culture, providing guidance and support to teams and individuals.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data literacy programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
Advocate for best practices in data management, governance, and security; and stay current with industry trends and advancements in data literacy and technology operations, incorporating relevant insights into the organization’s practices.
Support the development and implementation of data policies and standards to ensure data quality and integrity.
Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure the availability and accessibility of data tools and resources
What you'll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology operations, data management, or a related field.
Proven experience in eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate), video editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro), and web content management (e.g. AEM)
Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data security.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Passion for promoting data literacy and fostering a data-driven culture.
Experience with data visualization tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in data management and literacy.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
