Position Summary...
Location: Sunnyvale, CAThe Sr. Analyst, Workplace Hospitality, will play a vital role on the Walmart Corporate Real Estate team. Your main focus will be providing personalized support to ensure associates and guests enjoy a seamless, memorable experience throughout their day. You will help oversee the daily operations of our workplaces and neighborhoods, ensuring all spaces are business-ready and welcoming. This highly visible position is based in executive buildings and is essential to creating a positive and efficient environment for everyone.
The Workplace Hospitality team is driven to provide exceptional customer service in a world class corporate environment. The Workplace Hospitality team will facilitate and enhance associate experiences and connections to teams, workplaces, and moments that celebrate our culture and purpose. This team will also coordinate corporate services and programs across the facilities to offer associates a productive place to work.
What you'll do...
Ensure all buildings and spaces are clean, functional, and ready for business each day.
Serve as a visible and accessible point of contact for workplace experience requests and inquiries.
Deliver exceptional customer service on behalf of Corporate Real Estate and the broader organization.
Support the development and execution of marketing and business plans to optimize space utilization across neighborhood areas and meeting rooms.
Use both qualitative and quantitative data to continuously improve the client experience.
Maintain regular communication with key vendors, providing feedback and staying updated on new products and services.
Escalate facility-related needs to the Facilities Management team to resolve operational and maintenance issues.
Stay informed about building services, neighborhood events, and key visitors, and share relevant information as needed.
Coordinate and support the planning and execution of building events, workshops, and seminars to enhance the workplace experience, including booking conference rooms and managing logistics.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field OR 2 years' experience in project management or related field.
1 year's experience using Microsoft Office tools (for example, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional associate services and creative problem-solving.
Exhibiting excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Communicating and collaborating effectively at all organizational levels.
Acting with urgency and embodying Walmart’s core values, always with a focus on serving the customer.
You’ll sweep us off our feet:
Understanding the roles and responsibilities of Corporate Real Estate and support functions.
Possessing in-depth knowledge of the NEO campus, facilities, amenities, tenants, and the local community.

The annual salary range for this position is $78,000.00-$143,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
