Position Summary...
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the Data & Analytics function within Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery (LMD) Trust & Safety (T&S) organization. This role entails writing SQL queries and structuring data tables to optimize for business use or visualizations, working with cross-functional stakeholders to develop KPIs and metrics, and collaborating with the Senior Manager to strategize long-term initiatives to champion data quality. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in managing, executing, and completing data projects in a fast-changing environment.What you'll do...
- Support business solutions by building cross-functional stakeholder relationships, gathering requirements, and independently executing data analytics projects in a fast-changing environment.
- Demonstrate and apply up-to-date expertise by advising others on best practices and supporting junior analysts.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Analyze large, complex datasets with identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy and security policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics) or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field.
- Proficiency using SQL and other coding languages (Python, R), ETL tools (Dataiku, Tableau prep builder) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) in daily job role
- Demonstrated experience managing projects and making independent decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with data governance and compliance best practices
- Experience with leveraging AI for data transformations and predictive analytics

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
