To support this strategy, we are building out a Product team to develop value-based Automotive care through unified customer experiences rooted in consumer-centric design, best-in-class omni channel solutions, and a robust data platform for scalability across Walmart’s OMNI Services. We are looking for the best and the brightest Product leaders who can help shape and define our strategy, product roadmap and drive agile execution. You will have an opportunity to drive impact at scale and build customer experiences and platforms backed by the stability and scalability that a Fortune 1 company can provide. The Product Manager role is one that calls for a deep understanding of our omnichannel Auto Care Center customer experiences, business strategy and market dynamics. The Product Manager will lead definition of the customer problems, scalable capabilities, key impact metrics and roadmaps. They will lead the end to end digital product development lifecycle for their portfolio of products. Guiding UX Design, Analytics, Engineering, Program Management & other partner teams to develop, release & evolve world class digital customer experiences that delight customers and build the business. - Develop product vision, strategy, solutions and the roadmap to address customer & business problems
- Create and recommend end to end technology solutions that enable customers to find and engage with Automotive care products & services online and instore
- Execute roadmap with Engineering & Program Management teams using Agile methods
- Evaluate performance and continue to iterate on live digital customer experiences
- You are obsessed with the customer by working from wants & needs to creating relevant solutions; quantify value to internal stakeholders; use research and data to improve products and processes
- You have previously defined & created end to end digital customer experiences, ideally with an ecommerce focus
- You are strategic & execution oriented with experience building digital experiences across device types that delight customers and drive measurable user outcomes
- You are an experienced product manager who can run products end-to-end independently, while collaborating effectively with Business, Analytics, UX Design/Research, Engineering, Program Management and other stakeholders
- You have experience with integration(s) that include complicated, large systems and workflows via real-time and near real time data exchanges & insights
- You thrive in solving complex challenges and create structure & frameworks amidst ongoing ambiguity
- You are comfortable influencing large cross-functional teams, communicating clearly, leading teams, getting buy-in from leadership, and managing stakeholders in a matrixed organization
- You are scrappy but do not sacrifice on quality, always exhibiting a test-and-learn mindset and an agile way of working cross-functionally, collaborating to improve customer experiences
- Leading the end to end digital product development life cycle based on analyzing business objectives and customer needs
- Defining vision and strategies for your product portfolio, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and defining key impact metrics
- Developing and enhancing products by leading product roadmaps, aligning business and technical needs, analyzing customer and product data, turning customer insights into actionable initiatives, defining rollout strategy, and managing risks
- Driving priorities and building collaborative relationships with partners that are aligned to business goals, prioritizing & communicating product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership

Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09413: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
