About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Analyst, Supplier and Facility Administration, to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all facility and supplier data including new factory creation, factory information changes and other work queues. You will be responsible for audit / audit reports administration and follow ups. This role requires managing enterprise data, analyze large datasets and monitoring data quality and implementing corrective measures.

About the Team

The Supplier & Facility Administration (SFA) team is part of the Global Supplier Compliance Services (GSCS) organization. The team administers and maintains supplier facilities in Walmart systems to help ensure that necessary compliance checks are completed prior to factories being activated for Walmart production and communicate compliance program requirements to suppliers to assist them in meeting Walmart’s expectations for supplier facility compliance.

What you’ll do

• Administration, market support & Systems support.
• Responsible for managing & maintaining facility information and database.
• Support SCS, Food Safety and FCCA audit administration process for facilities
• Supporting and managing supplier onboarding for responsible sourcing (RS) requirements (sharing RS documents/ training links to suppliers to assist with their understanding of RS requirements).
• Ensuring facility follow Walmart compliance requirement protocols on facility and supplier onboarding
• Responsible for handling Manual change requests with proper check and control of disclosure forms /emails
• Providing necessary support for facility activation / inactivation for RS, SCS, FCCA and food safety requirements.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating supplier contact database.

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong communication skills including written and verbal skills. Must have good command of English.
• Proficiency in data management
• Exhibits a high level of integrity and ethics
• Teamwork: Ability to work within a team and with all other supporting groups.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.
