Our team drives efficiency across Walmart globally by delivering reliable service operations and innovative technology solutions for Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience (ADE). We manage various functions including procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics. By developing tools such as HR chatbots, virtual assistants, and invoice solutions, we support seamless business processes and legal compliance. Focused on program and stakeholder management, the team collaborates across functions to implement scalable, high-quality solutions that enhance operational performance and contribute to Walmart’s strategic objectives worldwide.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

What you'll do:
- Define program goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths to manage multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.
- Secure commitment from cross-functional teams and manage dependencies to ensure seamless program execution.
- Translate product requirements into technical designs and collaborate on system architecture for scalability and performance.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to maintain quality and timelines.
- Communicate program status, risks, and updates clearly to stakeholders and teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance program efficiency.
- Establish and maintain operational excellence frameworks including monitoring, alerting, and release plans.
- Proven expertise in program management techniques, tools, and frameworks to lead multiple medium to high-complexity programs aligned with strategic objectives.
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional dependencies, secure team commitments, and resolve ambiguous situations with clarity.
- Technical knowledge of software and hardware system design, cloud infrastructure, and service management concepts to support end-to-end solution delivery.
- Experience in risk management, budgeting, and change management to monitor program progress and implement mitigation strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to build relationships, align priorities, and communicate effectively across teams.
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities to synthesize data, identify solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
