Position Summary...

The Technology Strategy team plays a pivotal role in defining and driving strategic technology initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities across platforms, internal tools, and capability programs. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, partnering closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to translate enterprise goals into scalable technology solutions and impactful initiatives.

Beyond platform-focused efforts, this role also contributes to advancing the organization’s learning and capability ecosystem, including digital learning platforms and experiential development programs aimed at strengthening enterprise talent and technical expertise

What you'll do

1. Build and Scale Strategic Platforms and Internal Tools: Lead the identification, definition, and development of internal platforms and technology-enabled solutions that support enterprise priorities and enable organizational capabilities.

This includes working closely with engineering teams to translate strategic needs into scalable platform capabilities, product roadmaps, and technology solutions. The role will help shape product vision, define capability priorities, and guide execution through strong collaboration with technical teams.

2. Lead Enterprise Capability and Learning Ecosystems: Drive initiatives that strengthen enterprise capabilities by evolving the organization’s learning ecosystem and capability development programs.

This includes advancing digital learning platforms, supporting the development of learning content and programs across technology and domain areas, and enabling approaches that improve how associates access and engage with learning opportunities.

3. Incubate and Deliver Enterprise Strategic Initiatives: Lead strategic initiatives originating from the Chennai centre that contribute to enterprise priorities and long-term capability development.

The role will identify emerging opportunities, shape strategic programs, and drive initiatives from concept through execution while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization.
