The team supports the execution of business plans and key initiatives focused on assortment activations for Fresh Produce and Bakery. They collaborate across functions to manage merchandising programs, analyze data, and drive operational improvements. By identifying priorities and removing obstacles, the team ensures effective project delivery and continuous performance enhancement. They provide expert guidance, develop training content, and communicate strategies to align with business goals. What you'll do:
- Support execution of business plans by identifying operational needs, developing priorities, and removing barriers to enhance performance.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives impacting merchandising programs, store and corporate processes, and associate training content.
- Provide insights and recommendations on merchandise priorities and system support developments to senior management and business partners.
- Oversee training programs by identifying opportunities, assisting in content development, and evaluating effectiveness for continuous improvement.
- Analyze data to drive solutions, recommend process changes, and support internal customers with project requests and plans.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to implement business solutions aligned with customer and company needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
