We are seeking a highly accomplished and forward-thinking Senior Manager, Software Engineering to join our Health and Wellness team. In this crucial role, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions.
What you'll do:
As a Senior Manager, Software Engineering, this leader manages a team of 10-12 associates and partners closely with engineering, platform, and product teams. The role blends deep technical leadership with people and organizational leadership. Your expertise will be critical in guiding our organization's technical strategy, ensuring the robustness, scalability, and innovation of our product.

- Understand H&W Foundations AI needs, through direct communication with product/business, by analyzing data, and by working with other engineering/business/program/product stakeholders.
- Help define the technical roadmap to solve the business and product problems by building solutions as multi-tenant, scalable and extensible platform approach.
- Own the entire product delivery end to end.
- Work very closely with various business stakeholders to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technologies
- Improve, optimize and identify opportunities for efficient software development processes
- Hire, develop and retain a strong team of engineers
What you'll bring:
- An Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech/MS/PhD in any stream – Computer Science preferred.
- 10 -15 years of relevant experience in building highly resilient, highly scalable systems
- A good understanding of CS Fundamentals, Data Structures, Algorithms & Problem Solving
- A good understanding and hands on experience with GenAI, Agentic framework and tools like MCP
- Hands on experience with Java ( must to have), Nodejs or Python, Cloud,DevOps CICD tools, relational DBMS ( MySQL, Oracle etc ) & non-relational DBMS ( MongoDB, CosmosDB etc ) with big data technologies ( Kafka, Spark etc ).
- Currently hands on writing and reviewing design & code
- Deep knowledge and experience in building complex, large-scale, mission-critical applications with microservice architecture in Kubernetes.
- Highly resourceful and methodical in solution/architecture/API/codebase design and ability to translate product requirement into engineering blueprint.
- Experience developing and maintaining SDLC processes and best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, performance optimization, and model monitoring.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize requirements across multiple domains and influence stakeholders/peer teams for strategic alignment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to approach problems in a logical and systematic manner
