Position Summary...

Role summary:
The Senior Software Engineer will work in development, and delivery of scalable agentic software solutions aligned with business objectives. This role involves analyzing requirements, creating detailed designs, writing maintainable code, and ensuring quality through rigorous testing and debugging. The position requires expertise in AI/ML, Agentic AI, software architecture, continuous integration, and deployment practices, with a focus on performance, security, and reliability. The engineer will collaborate cross-functionally to address technical challenges, drive innovation, and support ongoing maintenance while adhering to company standards and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes.

About the team: Join a team dedicated to developing the next-generation marketing agentic portal powered by AI and machine learning at scale. The team focuses on delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions through iterative development and continuous integration. Members collaborate to design, code, test, and deploy components that meet rigorous business and technical requirements. Emphasizing technical expertise in platform design, product strategy, and debugging, the team fosters a culture of excellence and innovation. This environment supports professional growth while driving impactful solutions that align with organizational goals and customer needs.
What you'll do:
  • Use a low-code/no-code agent-building platform to build and deploy software agents that solve complex business problems.
  • Translate business challenges into agent-driven automation by chaining together APIs, triggers, LLM functions, and data workflows.
  • Own solutions from start to finish—no handoffs, no dependencies—just deliver results.
  • Continuously improve agent performance by monitoring execution and applying first-principles thinking to optimize or re-architect as needed.
  • Act as a force multiplier by enabling other business stakeholders to think in terms of agents and automation.
  • Analyze and classify requirements to align solutions with business and technical needs.
  • Develop and configure code ensuring compliance with security, performance, and maintainability criteria.

What you'll bring:
  • Strong proficiency in Python/Java.
  • Experience using LLMs, retrieval frameworks, and agent development.
  • Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes/Cloud infra and observability.
  • Proven ability to build scalable, reliable production services.
  • Proven expertise in software architecture, scalable distributed systems, and design patterns.
  • Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and coding standards across languages such as Java or Python.
  • Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automation scripting, and telemetry implementation.
  • Skilled in debugging, defect management, and root cause analysis to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, iterative development, and test case creation for comprehensive software testing.
  • Demonstrated capability to evaluate trade-offs and deliver maintainable, secure, and high-availability solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
