Join Walmart/VIZIO AdTech organization as a Senior Technology Operations (Technical Program Manager), driving delivery of high-impact, revenue-critical initiatives across software engineering, operations, and QA. VIZIO AdTech powers the technology behind every ad request on VIZIO TVs, adding value through a broad set of product features, observability, and reporting capabilities. The team operates at the intersection of platform engineering and business outcomes—prioritizing reliability, measurable performance, and continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll help keep critical operations running smoothly while leading delivery of roadmap initiatives that modernize infrastructure, reduce risk, and support sustained growth in CTV advertising.
What you'll do...
- Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, and timelines for the AdTech feature portfolio
- Track multiple projects from inception through definition and delivery, ensuring milestones are met
- Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, and QA; remove blockers and prevent work from stalling
- Build delivery strategies and iteration plans to reduce risk and maximize value
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks (scope, resourcing, schedule, release readiness)
- Provide crisp status reporting and data-driven insights to engineering leadership
- Experience leading medium-to-high complexity technical programs with strong estimation, planning, and reporting rigor
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban); ScrumMaster certification a plus
- Ad tech and/or CTV ecosystem experience
- Public cloud exposure (e.g., AWS/Azure) and familiarity with large-scale data pipelines
- Understanding of infrastructure/automation (IaC) and operational tooling (monitoring, alerting, incident management)
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across interdisciplinary teams

The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $171,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
