Role summary:The (USA) Staff, Systems and Infrastructure Engineer, Information Security, is responsible for designing and maintaining secure, scalable infrastructure solutions aligned with business and security requirements. What you'll do:
- Design and develop scalable, secure infrastructure solutions aligned with business and security requirements.
- Analyze system performance and nonfunctional requirements to ensure reliability, efficiency, and security.
- Automate operational processes to enhance response times and reduce manual interventions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of deployment processes and standard operating procedures.
- Leverage Development Skillset to further inhouse solutions development, testing, and production pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and infrastructure improvements.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in infrastructure design, including software architecture, distributed systems, and scalability principles.
- Strong knowledge of security standards, frameworks, and methodologies such as Risk Management Framework and System Security Plans.
- Experience with automation tools, scripting and development languages (Python, Go, etc), and DevOps practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in configuration and release management within complex IT environments.
- Ability to analyze system performance for reliability, operability, efficiency, and security.
- Skilled in capacity management and infrastructure growth planning aligned with business needs.
- Familiarity with cyber security, infrastructure security, and risk analysis techniques.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
