What you'll do...
Lead the team that enables top streaming and content partners to build, certify, launch, and scale high-quality app experiences on VIZIO OS. As Director, Strategic Account Management, you’ll own the post-deal technical partner relationship—driving onboarding, troubleshooting, and performance optimization—while aligning engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver on shared goals. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape partner experience, operational excellence, and platform growth. About Business Development VIZIO’s Business Development organization builds and grows the partnerships that expand what customers can do on VIZIO OS. The Technical Account Management, Partner Applications team sits at the intersection of partner success and platform execution—ensuring third-party apps integrate smoothly, meet quality standards, and continuously improve after launch. This role sets the strategy for how we support partners at scale, strengthens cross-functional operating rhythms, and helps accelerate new capabilities through automation, documentation, and process improvements. What you’ll do- Lead Technical Account Management for a portfolio of streaming/content partners, owning technical onboarding through release and ongoing operations.
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, QA, and Partnership teams to resolve complex issues, improve integration, and optimize app performance.
- Establish operating mechanisms (e.g., escalations, release readiness, metrics reviews) to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
- Build scalable enablement via developer documentation, knowledge base articles, and partner-facing technical resources.
- Define the team’s vision for automation and process modernization to improve speed, quality, and partner satisfaction.
- Proven experience in technical account management, partner engineering, solutions engineering, or platform partnerships (CTV/streaming/media/consumer tech preferred).
- Experience leading teams that support third-party app integration, certification/release processes, and production operations.
- Strong cross-functional leadership with engineering, product, and QA; ability to translate partner needs into clear requirements and priorities.
- Data-driven approach to operational metrics, performance optimization, and forecasting partner/platform impact.
- Proven ability to build scalable support systems: documentation, knowledge bases, tooling, and automation roadmaps.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
