We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Analyst to support the Occupational Accidents and Legal Discovery function within Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery (LMD) Trust & Safety (T&S) organization. Driver Support & Occupational Accident Management
- Manage outreach to drivers involved in occupational accidents, serving as a compassionate and professional point of contact.
- Guide drivers through the occupational accident insurance process, ensuring they understand available coverage and next steps.
- Collaborate with third-party administrators and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution of claims.
- Support the e-discovery process by collecting, organizing, and reviewing responsive documents and data for legal requests.
- Partner closely with legal counsel to ensure all discovery obligations are met with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct thorough investigations into claims to gather necessary evidence, including trip data, communications, and incident reports.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to legal privilege protocols when handling sensitive information.
- Build strong relationships with legal, safety, and operations teams to streamline information sharing and case management.
- Identify trends in occupational accidents and discovery requests to recommend process improvements and safety interventions.
- Demonstrate exceptional judgment in escalating complex or high-risk issues to leadership.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for accident response and legal discovery.
- 2-4 years of experience in claims management, legal support, risk management, incident response, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail and thoroughness in documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with drivers and professionally with legal partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to learn new legal and claims management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area.
- Experience with e-discovery platforms and legal hold processes.
- Knowledge of occupational accident insurance or workers' compensation principles.
- Previous experience in the gig economy, logistics, or transportation sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Risk Management, or a related field.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
