What you'll do:
- Draft, update, and maintain policies and standard operating procedures with leadership input.
- Collaborate with senior managers to communicate compliance information and identify potential gaps.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate compliance and ethics risks.
- Conduct data collection, reporting, and analysis to support management decision-making.
- Forecast regulatory impacts on business operations.
- Provide expert guidance on compliance best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- Item setup knowledge and expertise.
- Proven expertise in compliance risk management and governance strategy within complex regulatory environments.
- Strong ability to develop, update, and implement policies and standard operating procedures aligned with ethical standards and conduct.
- Experience conducting compliance assessments, gap analyses, and risk mitigation strategies to address regulatory and ethical concerns.
- Proficiency in managing compliance reporting, key performance indicators, and continuous improvement processes.
- Skilled in collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to communicate compliance findings and recommend actionable solutions.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities supporting regulatory forecasting and legislative impact assessments.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
