What you’ll do:

• Design, build, and scale AI-powered and full-stack applications

• Partner with product, UX, and business teams to translate ideas into impactful solutions

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code

• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause solutions

• Ensure performance, security, and reliability across systems

AI & Platform Engineering:

• Build AI-enabled features and agentic workflows

• Develop predictive models and support the ML lifecycle (training and inference)

• Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for ML, monitoring, and versioning

• Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams to bring models into production

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in software engineering (full-stack or backend)

• Strong programming and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Understanding of CI/CD, distributed systems, and containerization

• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks or strong interest in learning

Nice to have:

• Experience with agentic AI or predictive platforms

• Knowledge of data governance and model observability

• Experience building inclusive digital experiences aligned with WCAG standards
