Software Engineer I (DevOps)

What you’ll do:

• Participate in team projects following ISDLC processes, including development, testing, and implementation

• Write, test, and debug programs and scripts

• Monitor application performance, availability, and reliability

• Support system operations through alerts, incident response, and change management processes

• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions

• Support business users by resolving tickets and technical issues

• Contribute to documentation, reporting, and system improvements

What we’re looking for:

• 3 to 5 years of background in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or IT Infrastructure

• Experience with server administration, systems operations, or application support

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, solutions architect ecosystems background

• Strong Cloud background and databases

• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
