About The TeamThe team develops the Walmart Business app, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses by delivering features that address their specific needs. Operating within a dynamic engineering organization, the team influences the product roadmap and collaborates closely with cross-functional partners to prioritize customer requirements. As a growing segment of Walmart, the team functions with a startup mindset while leveraging advanced Generative AI technologies. This environment fosters innovation, continuous improvement, and direct impact on product development and customer success.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement complex features in Walmart iOS or Android application.
- Help define roadmap for our team by working closely with product and / or technology partners to build the experience for iOS or Android platform.
- Proficiency in iOS or Android platform and deeper understanding in CI/CD frameworks for iOS or Android to improve developer productivity.
- Focus on Test Automation and designing the framework for same.
- Provide documentation for all of the solutions in place.
- Embrace Best Practices and contribute to a culture of craftsmanship and innovation.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 4 years experience in software engineering or related area.
- At least 2 years of Mobile Engineer experience with iOS or Android or Software Development.
- At least 2 years of experience building native iOS apps in Swift or Android apps in Kotlin.
- Shipped one or more iOS or Android applications which are still available in the App Store.
- Played significant role in delivery of complex projects.
- Sound experience to build CI/CD pipeline.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving capability.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - including negotiation, facilitation, and consensus building skills; ability to influence and persuade, without direct control.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Demonstrated capability to lead small engineering teams and mentor associates effectively.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
