Position Summary...
As Sr. Manager, Data Analytics for Walmart+ Core Ops & Strategy Enablement, you will lead the development of scalable data foundations, frameworks, and consumption tools that power decision-making across Walmart+. You will shape how Walmart+ measures and interprets performance, defining the analytics strategy behind core metrics and ensuring both new and existing initiatives are supported by robust, actionable insights and scalable frameworks. This role partners closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Acquisition, Retention, Engagement and Operations, to enable strategic initiatives across one of Walmart’s most strategic and fastest-evolving growth businesses.What you'll do...
- Bring data to life through compelling storytelling, translating complex insights into clear narratives that resonate with senior stakeholders and shape the direction of Walmart+ strategy.
- Define the measurement, insights, and reporting strategy for core Walmart+ metrics and key initiatives.
- Build scalable data foundations and consumption tools by transforming complex data into automated pipelines and reusable assets that power self-service insights.
- Design intuitive dashboards and reporting experiences that go beyond descriptive metrics.
- Define and champion best practices for deep dive analysis, dashboard development, and measurement frameworks.
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders, translating complex performance data into simple, compelling narratives that shape Walmart+ strategy.

The Walmart+ Core Ops & Strategy Enablement Data team plays a vital role within the Walmart+ ecosystem by creating scalable tools that simplify complex data into actionable insights. The team conducts in-depth analyses to guide strategic initiatives and develops rigorous experimentation frameworks. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, they deliver advanced insights that extend beyond basic reporting to reveal performance drivers and underlying causes. This team leverages expertise in big data, SQL, Python, and Tableau to empower informed decision-making and support continuous improvement across the business. Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.1 year's supervisory experience.
