What you'll do:
- Support development and implementation of security protocols, programs, and training to enhance safety and compliance with corporate standards.
- Respond to emergency situations by initiating incident command and providing tactical security responses for life safety events.
- Implement and monitor security systems including alarm, intrusion detection, and threat management to ensure facility protection.
- Investigate reported threats, policy violations, and security breaches, assisting with mitigation and resolution efforts.
- Assess visitor threat levels and escort critical information and merchandise securely.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by identifying and addressing safety and security violations.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain a safe working environment and provide emergency response support.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in physical security operations, emergency response, and incident management.
- Strong knowledge of crisis management, threat assessment, and tactical security response protocols.
- Ability to implement and improve security systems, including alarm and intrusion detection responses.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements such as OSHA, PCI, and fire safety codes.
- Skilled in conducting investigations related to security breaches, policy violations, and threat mitigation.
- Effective collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to maintain a safe environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability in dynamic security situations.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
