What you'll do:

• Lead the development and execution of data analytics strategies aligned with business objectives to drive actionable insights.
• Identify and evaluate data sources, ensuring data quality and relevance for analytics initiatives.
• Oversee advanced analytics projects, applying statistical methods and data visualization to support decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Mentor and guide analytics teams on best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance capabilities.
• Monitor and improve data governance, quality management, and compliance with established standards.
• Communicate complex analytical findings effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in data strategy, data quality management, and advanced analytics to drive business insights and decision-making.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques, including Tableau, PowerBI, and Python libraries, to communicate complex data effectively.
• Strong knowledge of business intelligence, project management, and translating business requirements into actionable data initiatives.
• Expertise in data source identification, data governance, and ensuring data integrity across distributed systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor associates, and influence stakeholders through clear, data-driven storytelling.
• Demonstrated capability to evaluate business impact and align analytics strategies with organizational goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 3: 7 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. 2 years' supervisory experience.
