They collaborate across functions to identify key data sources, ensure data integrity, and translate business requirements into actionable insights. The team fosters continuous improvement by leveraging innovative tools and methodologies, guiding stakeholders with clear, impactful communication to drive measurable business outcomes aligned with Walmart’s strategic goals.
What you'll do:
- Lead the development and execution of data analytics strategies aligned with business objectives to drive informed decision-making.
- Identify and evaluate data sources, ensuring data quality and relevance for analytics initiatives.
- Oversee advanced analytics, statistical analysis, and data visualization efforts to generate actionable insights.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions and measurable key performance indicators.
- Mentor and guide analytics teams on best practices, tools, and emerging industry trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate data-driven approaches across multiple business domains.
- Monitor and improve data governance, quality management, and compliance with organizational standards.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in data strategy, data quality management, and advanced analytics to drive business insights and decision-making.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, and Python libraries to create compelling, actionable reports.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
