What you'll do:
- Identify and assess data sources aligned with business requirements and quality standards to support analytics initiatives.
- Develop and implement data strategies that enhance data quality, accessibility, and governance across multiple domains.
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and statistical techniques.
- Design and deliver compelling data visualizations and narratives to influence stakeholders and drive informed decision-making.
- Lead and mentor analytics teams, fostering continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in data management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics efforts with organizational goals and operational priorities.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in data analytics, including big data analytics and statistical techniques.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Python libraries.
- Strong knowledge of data quality management, data profiling, cleansing, and governance standards.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.1 year's supervisory experience.
