About the team:
The International Personalization platform team develops a scalable multi-tenant framework delivering personalized experiences across Walmart International sites, including Mexico and Canada. This team drives innovation by integrating advanced machine learning to enhance customer engagement and business outcomes. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead small engineering groups, translating requirements into efficient, maintainable solutions. The team values continuous improvement, technical excellence, and collaboration to deliver high-quality software aligned with strategic goals, ensuring reliable platform performance and fostering an environment focused on innovation and shared expertise.
What you'll do:
- Own scoped feature and model delivery through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
- Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence and leverage generative AI tools to improve development velocity.
- Assist in converting high-level designs into detailed, scalable, and maintainable solutions aligned with platform standards.
- Engage stakeholders to define technical requirements and success metrics, ensuring solutions meet user and business needs.
- Monitor application performance and maintain system reliability through proactive testing and continuous integration.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
- Strong technical acumen with experience in code review, debugging, and continuous development.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
