What you'll do...
The Omni Identity Platform team powers Walmart’s customer experiences and monetization ecosystem by integrating first-party, third-party, transactional, and behavioral signals into a unified identity intelligence platform that continuously learns and evolves through feedback loops. Our charter includes:- Advancing identity quality, coverage, and explainability through graph-native identity resolution and scalable enrichment frameworks.
- Building trusted identity intelligence capabilities that support personalization, advertising, fraud prevention, measurement, and omni-channel customer experiences.
- Enabling privacy-first, real-time identity infrastructure that powers enterprise-scale activation and decisioning systems.
- Developing adaptive identity systems capable of supporting future AI-driven commerce and intelligent customer experiences.

What you'll do:
- Drive key components of Walmart’s Identity Knowledge Graph roadmap, integrating internal and external identity signals to improve customer recognition, traceability, and activation quality.
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to build scalable graph-based identity capabilities spanning customer, household, device, and behavioral intelligence.
- Define and operationalize identity quality frameworks, including confidence scoring, explainability, and linkage accuracy metrics.
- Develop evaluation frameworks for third-party identity and enrichment providers balancing signal quality, privacy compliance, scalability, and business impact.
- Drive experimentation initiatives to improve identity precision, graph intelligence, attribution accuracy, and customer linkage performance.
- Collaborate with product, privacy, fraud, analytics, advertising, and platform teams to operationalize identity capabilities across enterprise use cases.
- Support API-first Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) capabilities enabling real-time integration into customer experiences, fraud systems, and decisioning platforms.
- Translate complex graph-driven and identity concepts into clear business narratives, executive updates, and measurable KPI frameworks.
- Contribute to the long-term evolution of Walmart’s identity platform toward real-time, explainable, and AI-ready adaptive intelligence systems.
- 6+ years of product management experience with exposure to identity systems, customer data platforms, graph technologies, advertising technology, or enterprise-scale data ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of customer identity, householding, entity resolution, graph relationships, attribution, or personalization systems.
- Experience working with engineering and data science teams on scalable platform capabilities, APIs, analytics, or machine learning systems.
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, measurement systems, confidence scoring, or AI-driven optimization approaches.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, analytics, privacy, advertising, fraud, and business organizations.
- Strong analytical, systems-thinking, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for various stakeholders.
- Passion for building scalable, privacy-conscious, explainable identity systems that improve customer experiences and enterprise intelligence.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
