Join the team advancing Walmart’s AI-powered shopping experience through Sparky, an intelligent assistant enhancing customer journeys from discovery to checkout. This group develops scalable AI platforms focused on personalization, orchestration, and experimentation to enable seamless commerce globally. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape product strategy, execute roadmaps, and apply data-driven decision making that improves customer experiences and business outcomes. Operating in a dynamic technology environment, the team emphasizes continuous learning and innovation to expand intelligent commerce capabilities at scale.
What you'll do:
  • Shape and drive product strategy across multiple related products, leveraging deep domain expertise and data-driven insights.
  • Own complex customer problems and product requirements, considering upstream and downstream impacts.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps ensuring strategic alignment, technical feasibility, and resource prioritization.
  • Establish scalable mechanisms for gathering and interpreting customer feedback and product usage data.
  • Guide teams in defining success metrics and validating product outcomes across multiple dimensions.
  • Influence enterprise prioritization through customer insights and opportunity-sizing models.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to promote strategic vision and product leadership.
  • Mentor product managers and elevate product management practices across the organization.

  • Skilled in guiding product lifecycle from MLP to scalable launch and long-term evolution.

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-04397: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
