The Seller Mobile team develops a high-performing mobile application that enables sellers to efficiently manage and grow their business. The team delivers key features across orders, listings, performance, growth, and notifications, emphasizing strong architectural design and Java expertise. Focused on scalable, user-centric solutions, the team fosters collaboration and continuous innovation. Strategic thinking and technical excellence drive the creation of reliable mobile experiences that support sellers in achieving their goals anytime, anywhere. What you'll do:
- Lead platform engineering efforts to deliver scalable infrastructure, reusable tooling, and AI/ML frameworks aligned with strategic roadmaps.
- Drive full software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance across multiple teams.
- Architect cloud-native distributed systems ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and real-time data processing capabilities.
- Integrate AI-enhanced applications and intelligent agents using modern programming languages and model-driven design.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and influence architectural standards to promote maintainability and interoperability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into measurable technical requirements and solutions.
- Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within engineering teams.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership, delivering scalable infrastructure and reusable tooling aligned with strategic roadmaps.
- Proficiency in cloud-native architecture and distributed system design ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Strong expertise in full software development lifecycle management, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and incident response.
- Proven ability to architect AI/ML integrated applications using languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentorship skills fostering engineering excellence and innovation.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Sound technical judgment with a focus on long-term system architecture and business goals.
