Position Summary...
Walmart is seeking a strategic, enterprise-level product leader to own the GlobalMarketplace Delivery Speed charter—one of the most critical drivers of customer
experience, seller success, and Marketplace growth. This role is responsible for
setting and driving the global product vision and strategy to accelerate delivery
speed across Walmart’s Marketplace ecosystem, spanning Walmart Fulfillment
Services (WFS), Seller Fulfilled (SF), and cross-border capabilities.
As a key leader within Marketplace Product, this role will unlock significant
incremental GMV embedded in annual and long-range plans by improving
conversion, reducing cancellations and returns, and strengthening customer
trust. Operating at global scale, this leader will drive alignment across senior
stakeholders and influence decisions across supply chain, transportation, and
inventory systems to deliver step-change improvements in speed, reliability, and
cost.
What you'll do...
- Set enterprise-wide vision and strategy for delivery speed: Define and drive a multi-year, global product strategy that accelerates Marketplace delivery speed as a core lever of GMV growth and competitive advantage.
- Own a horizontal, end-to-end platform: Lead product strategy across all delivery speed levers, including Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), SellerFulfilled (SF), cross-border logistics, returns and cancellations, and emerging delivery capabilities.
- Drive Marketplace fulfillment strategy & performance: Accelerate step- change improvements across Marketplace fulfillment (Seller Fulfilled and Walmart Fulfillment Services) by identifying and resolving high-impact constraints in inventory availability, placement, delivery speed, and cross-border seller flows
- Lead global product execution at scale: Oversee multiple product domains and teams, ensuring alignment to business strategy and delivery against roadmap commitments across regions and functions.
- Shape cross-border and international growth: Drive product strategy for Walmart Remote Fulfillment, imports/exports, and global inventory movement to enable faster, more reliable delivery across markets.
- Influence enterprise decision-making: Partner with senior and executive leadership to shape priorities, investment decisions, and trade-offs across Marketplace, supply chain, and international organizations.
- Drive measurable business outcomes: Own delivery speed as a primary driver of Marketplace GMV, conversion, and customer satisfaction, while reducing cancellations and returns and optimizing cost-to-serve.
- Establish global operating model and governance: Implement scalable mechanisms, metrics, and operating rhythms to ensure consistent execution and accountability across a global, matrixed organization.
- Enterprise product leadership: Proven track record of defining and scaling complex, multi-year product strategies across large, global platforms with significant business impact.
- Deep domain expertise: Strong experience in supply chain, transportation, fulfillment networks, middle-mile systems, or cross-border logistics, with a clear understanding of global delivery economics.
- Executive influence and stakeholder leadership: Ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization, align senior leaders, and drive decisions across a highly matrixed, global environment.
- Strong business and financial acumen: Demonstrated ability to connect product strategy to financial outcomes, including GMV growth, conversion, cost optimization, and profitability.
- Technical and analytical depth: Experience partnering with engineering and data teams to build scalable platforms, with familiarity in inventory optimization, forecasting, and AI/ML-driven solutions.
- Customer and ecosystem mindset: Ability to balance customer experience, seller needs, and operational efficiency to drive long-term Marketplace health.
- High judgment and decision-making: Proven ability to operate in ambiguity, make high-stakes decisions with incomplete information, and deliver results at speed.
- Organizational leadership: Experience leading and developing high-performing product teams and setting direction across multiple product areas.
- Experience leading global Marketplace or eCommerce platforms at scale
- Background in cross-border logistics, international supply chain, or remote fulfillment models
- Experience building platform products that influence seller behavior and ecosystem dynamics
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in logistics, routing, or inventory placement
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area and 15 years’ experience in product management.
- Option 2: 17 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30003: The annual salary range for this position is $195,000.00 - $370,000.00
Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $234,000.00 - $444,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $254,000.00 - $481,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
