Position Summary...

Help shape the patient experience in Walmart Specialty by turning referral and program data into action. As a Pharma Program Manager – Analyst II, Partner Operations, you’ll own day-to-day administration and monitoring of specialty pharmacy referral programs (Start/Delay, Refill Delay, and Adherence outreach), ensuring accurate reporting, compliant processes, and timely issue resolution. You’ll partner closely with internal teams and external HUB/data aggregators to improve service metrics, reduce friction, and drive measurable program performance.

About Partner Operations
Partner Operations connects Walmart Specialty’s pharmacy teams, product partners, and external HUBs to ensure referrals move smoothly from intake to therapy start and ongoing adherence. We operate through disciplined process management, data-driven insights, and fast cross-functional problem solving—balancing patient needs, partner expectations, and compliance requirements. This role is central to keeping referral workflows accurate, resolving escalations quickly, and translating performance metrics into improvements that strengthen outcomes and service quality.

What you'll do...

  • Administer and monitor incoming and existing referrals, executing Start/Delay, Refill Delay, and Adherence call programs.

  • Create, maintain, and validate program data; analyze KPIs, trends, and exceptions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Serve as the internal connector across departments to resolve issues, validate processes, and implement program changes.

  • Manage escalated patient issues and support reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communications.

  • Collaborate with HUB partners via regular touchpoints, triage updates, and ad hoc referral requests.

What you’ll bring

  • 2–3+ years of specialty pharmacy experience across multiple departments/workflows.

  • Hands-on experience with pharmacy data, pharma programs, and performance/service metric reporting.

  • Familiarity working with data aggregators and HUBs, including referral triage and completeness management.

  • Strong analytical capability: KPI analysis, risk/compliance awareness, and translating insights into process improvements.

  • Ability to manage timelines, documentation, and stakeholder expectations in a high-volume, patient-impact environment.
