Role summary:The Principal, Product Manager leads product strategy across multiple related products within Walmart Connect's Offsite Ads Product portfolio, driving organization-wide decisions through deep expertise and data-driven insights. This role shapes long-term product vision, manages complex customer problems, and oversees product lifecycle from concept to launch. Collaborating cross-functionally, the position influences senior leadership and promotes best practices within product management. The team leads strategy and execution for Offsite Ads, Partnerships, and CTV products, delivering impactful results through data-driven decision making and stakeholder collaboration. Combining deep customer insights with emerging technology expertise, the team defines product vision and roadmaps. Members work cross-functionally to create innovative solutions that enhance business value and customer experience. The team emphasizes rigorous discovery, prioritization, and performance measurement while mentoring peers to advance product management practices. Focused on operational excellence and strategic growth, this team plays a vital role in expanding Walmart’s product portfolio and market presence.
What you'll do:
- Shape and drive product strategy across multiple related products, leveraging deep domain expertise and data-driven insights.
- Own complex customer problems and product requirements, considering upstream and downstream impacts.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps ensuring strategic alignment, technical feasibility, and resource prioritization.
- Guide cross-functional teams in defining success metrics and validating product outcomes through data and experimentation.
- Influence enterprise prioritization by providing customer insights and opportunity-sizing models.
- Mentor product managers and elevate product management practices across the organization.
- Lead strategic initiatives by collaborating with senior stakeholders and promoting innovation.
What you'll bring:
- 5-10 years of experience in product strategy and lifecycle management across multiple related products or large product areas within Adtech/Martech.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and compelling narratives.
- Expertise in defining and evolving product roadmaps aligned with business and technology priorities.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and driving organization-level decisions with advanced analytics and experimentation.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring product managers and elevating product management practices.
- Deep understanding of customer needs through design thinking, journey mapping, and data interpretation.
- Ability to manage complex product launches, risk mitigation, and long-term product optimization.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-04397: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
