The role As a CSR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving associate engagement initiatives and volunteering programs within our organization. You will work closely with the CSR and Finance team in Bangalore and will be responsible for coordinating with NGOs, managing all processes, documentation, compliances and partnerships with internal teams required to successfully deliver Community Giving projects aligned to our key focus areas in India. We are seeking a self-driven individual who can effectively manage numerous project operations within tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination, communication and project management skills and be adept at handling data and numbers. As CSR is a highly collaborative and process-oriented function, we are looking for an enthusiastic team player who can build positive relationships with internal/external stakeholders and work cross-functionally with our enabling teams such as Finance, Legal, Procurement , Facilities and more. Your ability to engage with associates and drive volunteering initiatives will be crucial in fostering a culture of community giving and engagement within the organization. Responsibilities • Develop and lead volunteering programs on a regular basis to enhance associate engagement with the community • Drive NGO / Public Universities (PU s) outreach and coordination to source diverse volunteering opportunities and seamlessly execute them • Drive continuous awareness about our CSR projects and initiatives internally through various communication channels • Create and manage all aspects of documentation and reports required to seamlessly execute CSR initiatives. Maintain and monitor CSR metrics, dashboards and reports to measure success • Work in close coordination with Finance/Compliance partners to maintain, update, track and report CSR budget /spends and ensure compliance • Work in close coordination with internal teams to successfully implement, deliver and monitor project requirements as per agreement with partner NGOs • Support the CSR team to successfully drive its vision and goals • Build • strong relationships with key internal/external stakeholders Ensure the rigorous implementation of CSR policy and guidelines

Education / Experience • 3 4 / Key skills years of experience in • High : CSR or Social Work analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research and trends into strategy • • • Strong command over numbers and MS Office tools Knowledge of the rules , regulations and best practices The individual must be open to travel to of CSR will be an advantage visit project sites • • • • Process oriented.
