Role summary:As a Staff Product Manager at Walmart, you will lead strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This role requires deep customer and technical insight, strong stakeholder leadership, and ownership of multi-quarter product vision and roadmaps. You will collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize initiatives, leverage data-driven decision making, and incorporate emerging technologies. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will influence product direction, mentor peers, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives to deliver impactful solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

As part of the Cart & Checkout team, you will help shape the global checkout journey, ensuring a smooth transition from discovery to purchase. Collaborating closely with design, engineering, and business partners, the team drives innovative solutions that reduce friction and build customer confidence. This group values data-driven decision-making and cross-functional partnership to create intuitive, scalable product experiences that support Walmart’s commitment to saving time and money for all customers.
What you'll do:
- Co-own the vision, roadmap, and delivery for Checkout experiences and platform capabilities across Walmart eCommerce.
- Drive 0→1 product development, from opportunity identification and strategy definition through build, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, data science and business partners to ensure alignment on customer needs, business goals, and execution milestones.
- Leverage customer insights, analytics, experimentation, and market research to guide strategic decision-making and prioritize roadmap investments.
- Identify opportunities to simplify the checkout journey, reduce customer effort, and improve conversion through data-driven product innovation.
- Influence executive stakeholders by framing tradeoffs, establishing KPIs, and advocating for initiatives that drive measurable customer and business impact.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
