About the team:
The CRM team within the MarTech organization focuses on driving customer and member growth through sustained digital engagement and enhanced marketing velocity across markets. This team leads the definition and evolution of the CRM platform, scaling marketing automation to deliver personalized workflows. It activates targeted multi-channel campaigns across segments, leveraging data-driven insights and strategic product roadmaps. The team collaborates closely with stakeholders to address complex customer needs, ensuring alignment with business goals while advancing innovative solutions that enhance marketing effectiveness and customer experience at scale.
What you'll do:
- Shape and drive product strategy across multiple related products, leveraging deep domain expertise and data-driven insights.
- Define and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to address complex customer problems and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Establish best practices for product management, elevating standards and mentoring peers.
- Utilize advanced analytics and experimentation to validate assumptions and optimize product direction.
- Influence enterprise-level decisions through compelling narratives grounded in customer and market insights.
- Oversee product lifecycle from MVP to launch, ensuring value realization and continuous improvement.

- Extensive experience in product strategy development and execution across multiple related products or sizable product areas.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and compelling narratives.
- Expertise in defining and managing product roadmaps, prioritizing resources, and overseeing scalable product launches.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, customer journey mapping, and translating customer insights into actionable product requirements.
- Proficiency in leveraging analytics, experimentation, and AI opportunities to optimize product decisions and long-term strategy.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring product managers and elevating product management practices organization-wide.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
