What you will do

• Lead and contribute to the migration of enterprise platforms from third-party solutions to open-source technologies.
• Develop, enhance, and support applications that enable Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions using technologies such as .NET, Java, REST APIs, Rust, Python, and other modern development tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver platform enhancements, automation, and operational improvements.
• Drive application modernization, performance optimization, and technology adoption to support evolving business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and support for multiple enterprise platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficient operations.
• Knowledge in understanding of Financial planning and Budgeting is an added advantage.

What you will bring:

• Strong experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise financial systems. Knowledge in PBC, Hyperion /OneStream is a plus
• Proven expertise in platform modernization and migration initiatives, including transitioning from third-party solutions to open-source technologies.
• Hands-on development experience with .NET, Java, REST APIs, Python, Rust, and other modern technology stacks.
• Ability to design, develop, and support scalable, high-performing enterprise applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology solutions and business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• A continuous learning mindset and adaptability to work across diverse platforms, tools, and technologies.
