What you'll do:
  • Manage and resolve technical incidents and requests through multiple communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate support.
  • Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools, scripts, and root-level access to servers.
  • Coordinate delivery, installation, and enablement of technology assets in alignment with approved requests.
  • Monitor and categorize incident queues, escalating issues as necessary to maintain service quality.
  • Identify trends in incidents and escalations to recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members and business partners to prioritize tasks and communicate progress effectively.
  • Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and promote a positive work environment.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Proficiency with Mac OS X, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong skills in desktop support, help desk assistance, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage incident and request queues, prioritize tasks, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Experience utilizing issue tracking systems and applying continuous improvement processes.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and business partners.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
