Role summary:As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead product strategy across a broad portfolio, driving impactful decisions through deep expertise and data-driven insights. About the team:
The Inventory Movement Product team enhances Walmart Fulfillment Services by optimizing inventory flow across the fulfillment network. The team focuses on minimizing challenges in inventory delivery, maximizing throughput at Inbound Cross-Dock Centers, and expanding the Inventory Transfer Service to improve nationwide fulfillment coverage. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, the team drives product strategy and execution using data-driven insights and emerging technologies. This group is dedicated to delivering scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction while advancing Walmart’s fulfillment capabilities.
What you'll do:
- Shape and drive product strategy across multiple related products, leveraging deep domain expertise and data-driven insights.
- Define and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical feasibility.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to address complex customer problems and deliver scalable solutions.
- Establish and promote best practices in product management, elevating standards across teams.
- Guide product lifecycle from MVP development through launch and ongoing optimization using telemetry and analytics.
- Influence enterprise decisions through compelling data-backed storytelling and stakeholder engagement.
- Mentor product managers and contribute to organizational capability building.

Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
