Role summary:As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead strategy and execution for complex products, driving end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This role requires deep customer and technical insight, strong stakeholder leadership, and the ability to define product vision and roadmaps. You will influence cross-functional teams, leverage data-driven decision-making, and identify emerging technology opportunities to enhance product impact. Acting as a recognized authority, you will mentor peers and elevate product management practices while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and delivering measurable results.

Our team develops products, platforms, and intelligent solutions that enhance Walmart’s supplier negotiation ecosystem. By integrating AI and Machine Learning, we automate manual tasks, streamline workflows, and deliver timely insights to support strategic supplier partnerships. This enables merchants to focus on impactful negotiations while reducing costs and improving effectiveness. We drive scalable, data-driven solutions that align with Walmart’s commitment to value and operational excellence. Collaborating across functions, the team continuously innovates to optimize negotiation processes and advance Walmart’s business outcomes through technology and informed decision-making.
What you'll do:
- Drive strategy and execution for complex products, owning end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization.
- Build deep customer and business understanding using data analysis, journey mapping, and feedback synthesis to define clear problem statements and success metrics.
- Define and communicate multi-quarter product vision and strategy, aligning stakeholders and guiding roadmap priorities based on market and competitive insights.
- Manage product lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions with clear acceptance criteria and performance measures.
- Leverage data and experimentation to validate assumptions, optimize prioritization, and identify AI-powered feature opportunities.
- Influence technical direction through collaboration with Engineering and mentor less experienced product managers.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience leading product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex or multiple related products.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Expertise in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation to validate product assumptions.
- Deep understanding of customer needs through structured research, journey mapping, and feedback synthesis.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI/ML inference, to identify innovation opportunities.
- Ability to define clear product vision, KPIs, and go-to-market strategies aligned with business outcomes.
- Experience mentoring product managers and promoting rigorous discovery and launch readiness.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
