Role summary:As a Software Engineer III, you will lead the design and development of technical solutions for small to large projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will contribute to requirement analysis, coding, testing, and continuous improvement while supporting business needs and guiding junior engineers. What you'll do:
- Collaborate with product, project, business, and user experience teams to design high-level solutions for small to medium projects.
- Develop, test, and maintain code ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements, including security and scalability standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and coordinated action plans.
- Manage complex projects by translating requirements into technical solutions and delivering on schedule.
- Support users by providing technical guidance and identifying sustainable solutions.
- Mentor small engineering teams, providing documentation, direction, and timelines.
- Implement automation scripts and telemetry features to enhance development and monitoring processes.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and software design principles.
- Strong technical acumen with experience in API design, platform development, and component services.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver scoped features through iterative and incremental development.
- Proficiency in debugging, root cause analysis, and defect management to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and automation scripting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, project management, and support.
- Skilled in developing documentation-based code and applying security and quality standards.
- Aptitude for mentoring small engineering teams and guiding technical project execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
