The Contact Center Engineering team develops and maintains platforms that enable seamless customer support experiences. They design scalable call, chat, and routing workflows, integrate enterprise systems, and ensure high reliability across interactions. By optimizing solutions, the team supports efficient service delivery through agents and automation. Their work drives fast, consistent, and reliable communication within the contact center ecosystem, enhancing operational performance and customer satisfaction. The team emphasizes technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement to address evolving business needs and deliver robust, scalable software solutions.
What you'll do:
- Analyze and scope business and technical requirements to support agile development processes.
- Develop, configure, and maintain software components ensuring scalability, availability, and maintainability.
- Write clean, minimalistic code following coding standards and best practices across multiple languages and platforms.
- Build automation scripts to streamline continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Implement telemetry and security features to meet compliance and performance standards.
- Create and execute test cases to identify defects and ensure code quality.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives and technical needs.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and coding standards using languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including requirement scoping, user story creation, and iterative development.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, automation scripting, and telemetry implementation.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot defects, perform root cause analysis, and apply corrective actions effectively.
- Familiarity with software testing strategies, tools, and quality assurance processes.
- Technical acumen in platform design, API development, and component services.
- Commitment to delivering scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions aligned with business objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
