The Applied AI team develops advanced Search and Personalization solutions to enhance the shopping experience by making it more relevant and intuitive. Leveraging machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI technologies, the team builds scalable systems that enable efficient product discovery. Team members collaborate closely, applying expertise in algorithms and solution design to deliver innovative, impactful results aligned with business goals. The team maintains a professional environment focused on technical excellence, continuous improvement, and customer-centric innovation, driving meaningful advancements in data science and artificial intelligence.
What you'll do:
- Identify and source relevant data from multiple business domains, ensuring data quality and suitability for analysis.
- Develop, test, and deploy advanced analytical models using programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and apply machine learning techniques including deep learning and natural language processing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
- Create clear and effective data visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mentor junior team members on modeling techniques and best practices.
- Support scalability and sustainability of deployed models through continuous evaluation and tuning.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and predictive modeling with proficiency in Python and related programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of data source identification, data quality assessment, and data governance principles.
- Expertise in developing, testing, validating, and deploying scalable analytical models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate insights to business stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions and provide actionable recommendations.
- Experience mentoring junior associates and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
