Collaborating closely, members analyze requirements, design scalable architectures, and implement maintainable code using technologies such as Spring Boot. Emphasizing quality through thorough testing and continuous integration, the team manages application maintenance, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to meet business and technical goals. Focused on continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, the team drives innovation and operational excellence in software engineering while aligning efforts with organizational objectives.
What you'll do:
- Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and machine learning frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities.
- Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.
- Conduct system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards.
- Build AI-driven applications and integrate machine learning components to enhance automation.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to define success metrics and optimize development processes.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.
- Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions.
- Experience driving full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
- Ability to integrate AI/ML components using languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++.
- Demonstrated skills in DevOps engineering and platform tooling to enhance engineering productivity.
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities to define metrics and optimize development processes.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
