About the team:
Sourcing Solutions PE&A simplifies, standardizes, and accelerates sourcing decisions through analytics, process optimization, and scalable insights. The team partners with Sourcing, Product, Merchandising, Finance, and Procurement to turn complex data into trusted intelligence, driving speed, clarity, and value across the Source-to-Contract lifecycle. In this critical leadership role, you’ll set analytical standards, shape performance narratives, and ensure insights are embedded in sourcing operations.
What you'll do:
- Design and implement business intelligence solutions to identify cost-savings opportunities and ensure adoption.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, and Merchandising to align data needs, performance metrics, and insights; driving work with urgency and agility while navigating competing priorities to deliver results.
- Structure ambiguous problems with prescriptive analytics, root-cause analysis and establish clear, governable business logic.
- Build and present executive-ready visual stories to drive value-driven actions.
- Mentor and upskill the team to build analytical bench strength.
What you'll bring:
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills; experience translating data into actionable intelligence.
- Data and tech savviness, with AI/ML knowledge in business context and experience pulling, manipulating, and interpreting large datasets; fluency in outcomes-based analysis.
- Ability to lead through influence with clear, compelling communication.
- Have proven experience developing practical predictive models in business domain.
- Background in engineering, statistics, computational science, or related quantitative field.
- Experience in management consulting, sourcing & procurement, supply chain, or business strategy.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
