What you'll do:
  • Develop, test, and deploy advanced data science solutions using appropriate programming languages and tools.
  • Analyze complex business problems to identify root causes and recommend effective, data-driven strategies.
  • Identify and validate suitable data sources, ensuring data quality and relevance for modeling and analysis.
  • Design, build, and validate predictive models leveraging machine learning and statistical techniques.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable data science initiatives.
  • Mentor team members on analytical methods, modeling approaches, and data visualization best practices.
  • Monitor model performance and implement lifecycle management to ensure sustained accuracy and impact.

What you'll bring:
  • Extensive experience in developing and deploying machine learning models using Python and related programming languages.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, advanced modeling techniques, and exploratory data analysis to solve complex business problems.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and best practices to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Expertise in data source identification, data quality assessment, and applying data governance principles.
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams in analytical modeling, model validation, and continuous model improvement.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS SageMaker for scalable model deployment and management.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
