What you'll do...
Role summary:Walmart Connect is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for building an always-on incrementality platform. We're looking for candidates that are truth seekers and obsessed with delivering against our advertisers' north star KPI, incrementality. This role owns the multi-year roadmap for moving Walmart Connect from one-off incrementality studies to default-on measurement across channels.
About the team:
The Measurement team at Walmart Connect develops incrementality, attribution, and planning products that support advertiser growth across Search, Display, In-store, Social, and CTV channels. Partnering with the world’s largest omnichannel retailer, the team shapes the future of retail media by delivering innovative ads measurement solutions. This group combines deep product expertise with data-driven insights to create impactful strategies and roadmaps. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, the team drives product discovery, execution, and value realization, ensuring alignment with business goals and advancing Walmart’s leadership in retail media technology.
What you'll do:
- Drive strategy and execution for a complex product, owning end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. - Define and communicate multi-quarter product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends. - Utilize data-driven decision making and experimentation to validate assumptions and optimize product direction. - Influence technical direction and identify innovation opportunities to enhance product capabilities. - Co-own the data contract layer with engineering by establishing and enforcing data quality contracts (freshness, coverage, correctness). - Partner with Data Science to create robust insights that hold up under advertiser scrutiny.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience driving product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex or multiple related products.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Expertise in data-driven decision making, including advanced data analysis and proficiency with SQL and data science concepts.
- Deep understanding of customer needs through structured research, journey mapping, and operational data interpretation.
- Ability to define clear product vision, KPIs, and go-to-market strategies aligned with business outcomes.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and AI-powered product opportunities.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills to elevate product management discipline.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
