About the Team
The Walmart Connect Measurement & Insights team is responsible for building the products and platforms that help advertisers understand, measure, and optimize the performance of their advertising investments. We develop scalable measurement, reporting, attribution, experimentation, and AI-powered insights capabilities that enable advertisers to make data-driven decisions while driving business growth for Walmart Connect.
As Walmart Connect continues to expand across the US, International Markets, and Sam's Club, our team is building multi-tenant, reusable measurement platforms that deliver consistent advertiser experiences and trusted performance insights across markets. We work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Sales, and Business teams to shape the future of retail media measurement.
What You'll Do
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Measurement & Insights capabilities across Walmart Connect.
Build products that provide advertisers with campaign reporting, performance analytics, attribution, and actionable insights.
Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, UX, and Business teams to define and deliver scalable measurement solutions.
Define product requirements for reporting, dashboards, experimentation, AI-driven insights, and self-service analytics capabilities.
Drive product decisions using customer research, data analysis, experimentation, and advertiser feedback.
Define success metrics and measure product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives that improve advertiser experience and platform scalability.
Present product strategy, business cases, and roadmap updates to senior leadership while influencing cross-functional decisions.
Stay current with trends in Retail Media, Digital Advertising, AI, and Measurement technologies to continuously improve our products.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
5–6 years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of shipping customer-facing or platform products.
2–3 years of experience in Digital Advertising, Retail Media, AdTech, Marketing Analytics, or a related domain.
Strong understanding of digital advertising measurement concepts such as attribution, incrementality, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion measurement, and campaign analytics.
Experience building analytics, reporting, dashboards, experimentation platforms, or data-driven products.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Design, and Business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business problems into scalable product solutions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills with the ability to influence without authority.
Experience using data and experimentation to drive product decisions and measure business outcomes.
Passion for building customer-centric products that deliver measurable business impact and improve advertiser success.
