What you'll do:
- Carrier Network Development and Management: Develop a comprehensive network of reliable carriers, prioritizing efficient and cost-effective freight movement.
- Rate Negotiation: Negotiate competitive rates with carriers to minimize cost
- Load Tendering and Trace Management: Book loads from customers, trace loads as needed, and other related duties.
- Customer Service and Relationship Building: Provide exceptional service to all stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met while building strong relationships.
- Problem-solving and Decision-making: Employ critical thinking and sound decision-making skills to resolve issues and optimize carrier performance.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Embrace a customer-centric mindset, identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting solutions to enhance efficiency
What you'll bring:
- A background in transportation operations (+2yrs) or bachelor’s degree

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
