Role summary:As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the delivery of scalable software solutions by managing feature development, testing, and ongoing support within collaborative teams. What you'll do:
- Own scoped feature and model delivery through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, testing, and support.
- Write clean and reliable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Integrate AI components to enhance software intelligence and leverage generative AI tools to improve development velocity.
- Assist in converting high-level designs into detailed, scalable, and maintainable solutions aligned with platform objectives.
- Engage stakeholders to define technical requirements and success metrics, ensuring solutions meet user and business needs.
- Monitor application performance and maintain system reliability through proactive testing and continuous integration.
- Mentor peers, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to innovation and improvement initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
