What you'll do:
- Identify and source relevant data from multiple business domains, ensuring data quality and suitability for analysis.
- Develop and implement data strategies aligned with business objectives to unlock value from data assets.
- Design, build, and validate predictive models using advanced machine learning techniques and statistical methods.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and create insightful visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
- Deploy and monitor models in production, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Mentor team members on analytical methods, coding best practices, and data storytelling.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in data science, including predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and exploratory data analysis.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Matplotlib, or PowerBI.
- Strong understanding of data strategy, data quality standards, and data governance principles.
- Experience with big data analytics and distributed data stores including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to assess, validate, and tune models using best practices and relevant evaluation metrics.
- Skilled in translating complex business requirements into data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
